Design Concept 
 
A community-focused service hub designed to deliver clarity, comfort, and efficiency to residents of Airdrie. This project involved a comprehensive development approach - conceptual planning and workflow analysis to the selection of durable, modern finishes that support both high traffic and a polished public-service environment.
 
Our team collaborated closely with the client to create a bright, organized, and approachable space that enhances the customer experience while optimizing staff functionality. Every component -wayfinding, privacy zoning, counter design, lighting solutions, and material durability - was carefully considered to support seamless service delivery and reflect the Registry's commitment to accessible, community-oriented operations.
