This project encompassed full residential development - from early concept and spatial planning to the curation of refined finishes that complement both the architecture and the striking waterfront landscape.
 
Working closely with the homeowners, our team crafted a warm, sophisticated, and view-centric living environment that seamlessly connects interior spaces with the beauty just beyond the windows. Every detail - material palette, lighting design, custom millwork, furniture flow, and sightline preservation - was thoughtfully considered to elevate daily living, enhance natural light, and create a home that feels grounded, peaceful, and timeless.
